8. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 20, 2020, we delivered written notice of termination of the At The Market Offering Agreement, dated June 7, 2019, or the Offering Agreement, to H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, as agent, which became effective as of the close of business that day. We were not obligated and did not make any sales of the shares of common stock under the Offering Agreement prior to delivering the termination notice. The offering expenses and fees were deferred and will be expensed to the Consolidated Statements of Loss and Comprehensive Loss. |
